Come See Our New School! On March 22 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. we will be hosting a celebration and tour of our nearly finished new building! Light refreshments will be served. Opening remarks will be at 6:30. Please note that our school is still under construction. Students will need to remain with parents or guardians indoors. Restroom facilities are not completed, however a portable toilet will be available outdoors.

Shakespeare in lieu of Community Circle this week – This Friday morning from 9:15-10:15 a.m. in the multipurpose room, students in grades 6-8 will enjoy Shakespearience’s performance of As You Like It!. Parents are welcome to attend. The content of the show is appropriate for middle school students and older. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the show. Many thanks to the Idaho Shakespeare Festival for bringing the arts to our school (twice in one week!)

9th Grade Orientation at Moscow High School – The Moscow High School Faculty cordially invites 8th-grade students and their families to 9th Grade Orientation at Moscow High School on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at from 6:00 -7:00 pm. Orientation will begin with a brief meeting in the Moscow High School Auditorium, and then students and their parents will be able to walk through the building, talk with teachers and check out the facilities. This meeting will coincide with the 9th-grade registration sessions being held in late March and early April.

We need your Plant/Gardening Knowledge! The landscaping committee invites you to be part of the planning for the grounds of the new building. We’re looking for 2-3 new members that are interested and have some plant/gardening knowledge. Please email office@palouseprairieschool.org to be part of helping make our new school grounds beautiful! There will be some meetings in April and May, regarding phase I, and then continuing work moving forward. If you know anyone that could help our school in this way, please talk with them and give them a personal invitation to join us.

Kids’ Science and Engineering Day – The Society of Women Engineers at Washington State University is hosting the 10th annual Kids’ Science and Engineering Day (KSED). The event will take place on Saturday, March 23rd. Check out his link for more information: https://swe.wsu.edu/ksed/.

Class and 8th Grade Graduates Picture Day will be March 28!

April 5th Teacher Work Day – An Art Camp will be offered. Please contact the office to sign up.
