Silverwood Read 2 Ride – Reading Logs went home this week. Please check your students’ backpacks. Silverwood has changed their practice this year. Schools participate by a lottery system. We were lucky enough to be chosen this year but we do not know if we’ll be chosen next year. So make good use of this opportunity! Students who track ten hours of reading can receive a free ticket to Silverwood!
Moscow’s Edible Forest – A public planning meeting for Moscow’s new Edible Forest near the future PPCS school building will be held on Wednesday, January 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the multipurpose room of the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center, 1724 East F Street. Jazz in the Schools will be coming for an early visit to Palouse Prairie next Tuesday January 22 from 8:30-9:10 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room! Parents are invited to attend.
3rd and 2nd Grade Winter Adventures on January 18 and 24 will be cancelled due to Mr. Schaff being on paternity leave. We hope to reschedule these adventures at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.
PPCS Winter Book Fair will take place Wednesday and Thursday, January 23 and 24 from 8-8:30 a.m. and 3-4 p.m. and Friday, January 25 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Book Fair will be held in the PPCS Multipurpose Room.
