Congratulations to Dan Schaff and Erin Corwine! They welcomed sweet Leah June on New Year’s Day and we’d like to welcome her to our Palouse Prairie family!
3nd and 2rd Grade Winter Adventures on January 11th and 24th will be cancelled due to Mr. Schaff being on maternity leave. We hope to reschedule these adventures at a later date in spring. Thanks for your understanding.
Dwina Noesbar will be continuing our middle schoolers’ education in mathematics while Ms. Corwine is on maternity leave. She has been a substitute teacher for Palouse Prairie School and has been prepping to take over the class for the past month with Ms. Corwine. We are glad to have her on board!
Martin Luther King Day – NO SCHOOL ON JANUARY 21
PPCS Winter Book Fair will take place in the multipurpose room. Open hours will be 8-8:30am and 3-4pm on Wednesday and Thursday (1/23-24) and on Friday 1/25, the fair will run from 9-3pm.
Teacher Work Day – NO SCHOOL ON JANUARY 25. Kindergarten through 5th grade Student Led Conferences will be taking place that day. Look for a message next week from your teachers on BLOOMZ to schedule your time slot.
Dress Appropriately! “There is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing!” Please make sure that your students have a coat, gloves, boots, snow pants and hat. They will be playing outside during recess and may go outside for PE and fieldwork.
